My name is Angela Jiles & I am a Professional Pastry Chef & a 1993 Graduate of Johnson & Wales University. I am also a Pastry Chef Instructor @ The Culinary Academy of Austin. I have been in the Pastry profession for over 13 years & I love what I do & believe each pastry is a work of edible art.
I met my husband, Merrideth (a jazz musician), here in Austin & believe that without music & chocolate, the world is a boring place. I love the Austin music scene & how diverse & unique the Austinite pallet is for food & the arts.
