Chocolate is an artistic medium. Making sculptures or even painting with something that can also be eaten, to me, is incredibly intriguing. I wanted to be an artist, in the classical sense, but you just can't make a living on it, so I took up baking. How else can you create art & still play in chocolate & sugar?
