Small Bites

Our small bites can be fun little edible sculptures to use for place settings, or as a sweet little gift for your friends or guests. We offer a range of special treats from cake bars, miniature éclairs and tarts to handmade chocolates and gourmet s’mores!  These sweet bites are wonderful for dinner parties or holidays, and even better for wedding parties. No fork required!

We can create almost any design for your needs. Be imaginative!  Chocolate and sugar are fabulous artistic mediums. Making sculptures or even painting with something that can also be eaten, to me, is incredibly intriguing. I wanted to be an artist, in the classical sense, but you just can't make a living at it till you're dead, so I took up baking. How else can you create art and still play in chocolate and sugar?
